Honey extractor Ø500mm, 3-frame, manual drive, MINIMA
3-frame diagonal honey exctractor will be used in smaller apiaries as well as hobby-beekeepers. They stand out with compact dimensions as well as easy operation. Their design solutions give them the opportunity to use them when spinning even the most dense honey. The design of the cone shaped extractor allows free flow of honey. Extractor packed in boxes, for self-assembly.
Advantages of Minima 3-frame manual diagonal honey extractor:
- the basic version of the honey extractor, works well as the first device for obtaining honey for people starting a hobby apiary
- universal, it means that it houses 3 frames, from the smallest extensions, to the largest nest ones, including the widened Dadant's
- small dimensions
- drive equipped with a braking mechanism
- very easy to use
- built of materials abandoned for contact with food
- legs, strip made of powder-coated steel
- stainless steel drum
- transparent cover
- comfortable handle in the cover
- spare parts easily accessible
- made in Poland
- good price
- the customer receives a honey extractor for self-assembly
The 3-frame diagonal honey extractor from the Minima series is an excellent choice for beekeepers setting up their first small apiary. The universal basket allows centrifuging frames of various types, e.g. Dadant, Langstroth, Deutsche Normal, etc.
A manual drive equipped with a brake is enough in a multi-stage apiary, and the operation of the device is not dependent on access to electricity. In addition, operation of the 3-frame diagonal honey extractor is very easy.
The small diameter of the drum and small dimensions enable convenient storage of the honey extractor in the workshop and easy transport when required.
In all diagonal honey extractors, regardless of the manufacturer or drum diameter, invert the frames to centrifuge honey on both sides of the extractor. However, this is not a burdensome activity, and even more so in a small apiary is not a problem.
The construction of a diagonal honey extractor works very well when centrifuging thick honey and during honey picking by beginners, because it prevents the extractor from breaking off the frames during honey centrifugation.
The cone-shaped bottom facilitates the flow of honey towards the drain valve.
The materials used are of good quality, and those that come into contact with honey are PZH approved.
The honey extractor is intended for self-assembly consisting of screwing several elements - in practice, not very time-consuming.
As standard, we add special pads to the honey extractors to increase the comfort and safety of bee-keeping. Thanks to them, the vibrations of the honey extractors during honey spin are minimized.
The pads are made of PVC (SOFT) material. Very often spinning frames of different weights due to the different amounts of honey they contain. By using LYSON pads you ensure the highest quality of device optimization.
