• The Carpathian Mountains bee begins to fly out of the hives before dawn. It can work on many types of plants, changes them easily and quickly to new sources of honey collection.
• By the origin of nectar the Carpatica bee is able to fly at a distance of up to 5.5 km. They traditionally show a productivity of 80-150 kg of honey from a hive during the season.
• Evolution in the mountainous area has made it possible for bees to change their queen calmly and safely. Bees in the Carpathian Mountains are not prone to swarming, they show a high degree of wax (rebuild more than 15 frames during the season), able to winter for more than 6 months
• Add to this the fact that bees are quite meek and allow them to work with themselves almost smokeless, even without a mask, during the honey season period, it is clear why remain desired
Under Transcarpathic conditions, approximately 80 kg of honey was obtained from bee families, increasing this figure to 120 kg of honey per season.
In the European Union, its reproduction is carried out by experts from Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, France and Moldova, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and others. Successful export of queens takes place in more than 120 countries around the world.
