Device maintenance

Wash the pump well after work. Remember to cover any electrical parts during washing.

Directly after the honey pumping process is complete. Place the inlet hose in a tank with approximately 40-50 liters of warm water (50-60oC) and pump through to remove any remaining honey out of the impeller unit. If the pumping unit does not rinse properly, crystallized honey will damage the impeller shaft seals and cause leakage and impeller locking. Damage caused by improper maintenance is not covered by the warranty.
