Our Customer Service department has an after-sales service to solve any problem with our articles or shipments, through which we try to offer a quick and efficient service to our customers.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 15 working days , counting from the delivery date of the order, to return or exchange it.
You have to send us the product in perfect condition and in original packaging. The return shipment to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.
In case of change of size or for another material, the shipping costs are also paid by the customer - those of return and those of the shipment of a new order.
Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouse and we verify that all the above conditions are met, apitienda will accept the return of the product and will proceed to refund the amount, discounting the shipping costs that were previously assumed. The payment will be made in the same way that the payment was made (card, bank transfer or cash)
In order to make a bank transfer, we will request an account number where to pay the amount.
Note : You will receive the refund of the amount within a maximum period of 15 days from the receipt of the exchange or return product in our warehouse.
Please note that apitienda Soltan SL does not accept postage due.
